Holy week has led to delays of epic proportions, nevertheless I care more that you are having an enjoyable holiday long weekend. Presented here is The People's Thursday. Titled Hurrying across Brooklyn Bridge, I found this pleasing photograph hosted at Flickr (cropped):

The calendar reminds me of the date, so just before it changes, here I share this week's Urban Monday.

For those that can't fail to see beauty in that mixture of inanimate and organic that makes up a city, the gallery entitled Urban Spaces: Praise and Curse is really quite special. At least three quarters of the photography contained would make ideal future candidates for Urban Monday, here is a pair of favourites I noticed of a lowly car park in Berlin.





That's another feat to record for German Engineering.

Good Evening, as the weekend wraps itself up I shall steal a moment to document my return. As previously requested, photo features will occasionally include personal photographs taken by myself and my better half.

Presented below is the first of our Celtic-related offerings, taken facing the Menai Straits before we travelled North to Anglesey - I hope you like it.

This post is to politely inform you of my holiday. From today, till a week on Sunday, I shall be travelling the country, away from this blog and you, gentle reader. As I shall not be here to watch over you as usual, I ask that you make special efforts to take care of one another in my absence.

Upon my return you can look forward to the usual family dinner, including Urban Monday, the People's Thursday, and all the usual trimmings.
