I know a specific relevance with several of you for the manifesto I read today:
Article 19.05 - Why Your Boss is Programmed to be a Dictator
Grounded in reality, it both describes the problem and offers practical information, assisting understanding and restricting damaging effects. It could likely be a wise use of a little of your Thursday.
Indeed a brilliant manifesto on dictator bosses. Should be made required reading for all CEOs/Managers/HR people...and also required reading for everyone at NASA. If I were an astronaut, I would refuse to fly until NASA did what the author suggests...after all, several lives were lost simply because engineers were too scared to confront their bosses. It's scary, just how important this stuff is.
