Christmas Lights Special

Please forgive if the title of this post appears misleading, what began as a hunt for an apt Christmas picture became an illumination distraction due to the work of photographers such as below. Taken by Flickr user Gen Kanai of the Tokyo Millenario:

Tokyo Millenario lights

It has lights, I'm showing it at Christmas time, therefore this post must work.
Incidentally, from the same source, for anime fans who are Akira au fait you can look at this reproduction of Kaneda's motorcycle.

My holiday message to you:

In this season of celebration I also celebrate the wonderful people who have touched my life with their glorious spirit, wit, wonder, and joy. This list of people does indeed include you.

Wishing you love, joy and wonderment during this glorious time of year.

As ever Michelle, your words are as poignant as they are delightfully articulate.
May the festive season grant you all that you wish for.

Nice, pity the bikes only a mock up.

Ever since i first saw Akira i've wished some crazy Japanese company would build a working model for me to purchase. It wouldn't be any good going round corners but you'd be too busy looking cool to care i guess.

Hey man,

Nice find there. I went to the equivalent in Kobe at Christmas and took some pictures on my mobile but nothin g as good as that. Nice find.

Simon
